Defective products will be exchanged or credited. Defective products are defined as damaged goods, out of focus photographs or incorrectly exposed photographs. The customer understands that certain areas in a photograph will be in focus while others areas are rendered as soft focus. This condition is known as depth of field. The customer understands that levels of light can vary within a photograph. The light on our client may be different than the light on the background.
